This special exhibition presents approximately 100 exquisite works, including carpets, ceramics, metalwork, manuscripts, and jades. Presented by the HKPM exhibition curator, this talk provides a behind-the-scenes look at the process of curating the exhibition, from concept development to presentation to the public.
This talk accompanies the special exhibition “Wonders of Imperial Carpets: Masterpieces from the Museum of Islamic Art, Doha”, which is on view in Gallery 9 at the Hong Kong Palace Museum from 18 June to 6 October 2025.
